I cannot find Podcasts or add an episode

Confirm that the main module is enabled. Check the role's Podcast Publisher permissions, especially Access podcast overview page and the relevant Create permission. The podcast list is /admin/content/podcast; the episode form is /podcast-episode/add.

An episode is missing from the feed

Open /podcast/{podcast_id}/feed.xml with the correct numeric ID. Check Published on both the podcast and episode, and confirm that the episode belongs to that podcast. The default View sorts items by Authored on date; it does not sort by episode number.

The feed item points to the homepage

Create and publish a Podcast Episode Page node linked to that episode. The feed item link falls back to the site homepage when no linked page exists.

I cannot select an episode on its page form

The installed reference field may be hidden from the form. Add Podcast Episode to the content type's Manage form display as described in the episode page guide.

Audio upload fails

Check the allowed extensions on the episode form (mp3, wav, aac) and your site's upload limits, file permissions, and PHP configuration. The size shown on the form is environment-specific.

Analytics still shows zero

Make sure the optional module is enabled and the feed View's Podcast Episode: Audio File field uses Download Tracker URL. Confirm the enclosure URL contains /podcast-publisher/feed/. Request the tracked URL with GET, allow Drupal cron to process its queue, and reload the report. HEAD requests, recognized bots, duplicate requests within 24 hours, and short partial requests may not increase the count. See Analytics for the full setup.
